PostHog produces aggregate heatmaps of where visitors click and scroll, and records session replays — reconstructions of a visit, such as page views, mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. To protect your privacy, replays are configured to mask the contents of all form fields, so anything you type (for example, into a contact form) is not captured. Like Google Analytics, PostHog is loaded only after you opt in through our cookie banner; if you decline, or have not yet responded, PostHog is not loaded, no recording takes place, and no related cookies are set. Demo scheduling is handled by a third-party calendar and scheduling provider (Google) acting as our service provider; when you book a time, your information is processed in accordance with that provider's terms and privacy policy.

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep for legal, security, or administrative purposes.
